- To fix or determine the internal disbursements of the Liquidators.
- To consider authorising the Liquidators to enter into Deeds of Settlement and Release on terms similar to those disclosed in the Liquidators report to creditors dated 16 April 2018 pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001.
